Oh, hi!

We're a team of family and friends who grew up on Kerala home cooking. Now we're sharing it, one dish at a time.

Our debut is a spice blend that makes a delicious Kerala homestyle chicken curry. It has twenty-two ingredients, and it's roasted, ground, and blended in proportions we grew up on, so the dish that once took a whole afternoon now takes twenty minutes.

We're not selling online yet. We're popping up around events, markets and select retailers in Oregon and the PNW, with more places (and more curries) on the way. We can't wait to bring Nammude to your kitchen.
